![]() ![]() If you have BitDefender (anti-virus/malware program) or MSI Nahimic 2 (audio management program) installed, disable or uninstall.Make sure Origin.exe and SimCity.exe are added to exception lists for your anti-virus, firewall and any other Internet security software like Ad-Block.Set Origin.exe and SimCity.exe to both "Run As Administrator".Make sure your Origin, SimCity and OS drivers are updated, particularly the graphics drivers. ![]() Here are a few basics that you should try: What is the exact error message you're getting? Just to be clear, did either of the solutions seem to work for a while? Are you starting a new city, or trying to play the same city? After the clean boot, did it work for a time? If it works with a clean boot, there's a bit of investigation that needs to happen, to try to find the offending program. I have done two solutions above 3 times, but I keep getting looped in any city I start or play. I have tried multiplayer for the first time. ![]()
